Meyca J Mine start thinning out about 7 yrs ago... I felt hopeless at first but start researching ways to maintain my good hair follicles. Basically its a mineral deficiency... our body is lacking essential nutrients to maintain melanin in the hair follicles.. take a multivitamin daily, probotics, and eat foods that cater to hair growth. Also get a scalp treatment monthly.. Paul Mitchell has good stuff... it may not never be as thick but you can maintain and grow what u have.
